Why Should We Workout?

The benefits of staying fit and active as we age are well-documented. Regular physical activity can help reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and various forms of cancer. Furthermore, research has shown that staying active and exercising regularly can improve brain health and cognitive function. Despite the well-established benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle, approximately one-third of adults aged 65 and over are inactive.
