Seasons - Accepting Change and New Life Roles

I realized while out folicing in the desert there are times when you have options to be healthy and times when you just need to survive to eat. We traveled to a place where we had to bring all our food in and there wasn't a huge option to bring whole foods as they would spoil. We were required to eat out at restaurants a lot, we drank a lot, and we had no sense of meal times and it was very hard trying to please everyone. What was challenging was accommodating people who have food sensitivities and special diets. One person was strictly keto, another avoided chicken and mostly ate beef and someone else had issues with red sauce. I have issues digesting red meat or beef so the combination of all these things caused many of us to eat what didn't sit well in our bodies. We ate to survive.
