My workout isn't working

You've been working out now consistently for weeks, you still haven't lost all the weight your goal was set to and your clothes fit some what nicer, but you still want to do better. So what's not working? Are your workouts intense enough? Are you pushing yourself and adding more weight? Are you trying new things or doing the same routine each week? Maybe it's time to change things up a bit. Maybe you need help with figuring out what you needs to change in order for YOU to change.
